FAQ

Buyer questions

Who is selling the condos?

Individual owners, each through their own real estate agent. This website is run by the condominium association so buyers can see the whole building in one place; the association itself is not a seller.

What do HOA dues cover?

Dues are set by square footage; current listings show $251–$340/mo depending on unit size (2026 listings). Per the listings, dues include association management, common areas, gas and heat, building insurance, grounds and structure maintenance, parking, sewer, shared amenities, snow removal, and trash. Confirm the current budget and any amenity assessments with the listing agent.

Is parking included?

Yes. Every condo comes with two parking stalls in the heated underground garage, with an elevator from the garage to every floor.

When will the amenities be finished?

The resident amenities (clubroom, kitchen & bar, coffee bar, fitness center & studio, sauna, games lounge, golf simulator, terrace, private offices, market, and pet wash & car wash bay) are targeted for winter 2027. See the Amenities page for the plan. Amenity construction is funded by the association; ask the listing agent for details on any special assessments.

Are pets allowed?

Cats and dogs allowed, with a limit on the number of pets. Confirm current rules with the association before buying.

What is on floors 1 and 2?

Floors 1 and 2 are commercial space. The condominium residences are on floors 3 through 7.

How do I schedule a showing?

Use the showing form on any unit page — it goes straight to that unit's listing agent — or contact the agent directly using the details on the page.
