Seven stories. 28 homes.
Built as a place to stay, not pass through.
MAKT is the condominium half of the EOLA development on 24th Avenue South. Floors one and two hold commercial space; floors three through seven are owner residences, with the largest homes and the best views on the top floor.
Most residences have a private balcony or patio, and every residence has in-unit laundry, floor-to-ceiling windows, and two assigned stalls in the heated underground garage. An elevator runs from the garage to every floor, so groceries, dogs, and golf clubs never touch a staircase.
Completed in 2024, the building is steel and concrete construction with brick and metal siding, 9–10 ft ceilings in the residences, forced-air heating and central air in every unit, a fire sprinkler system throughout, and fiber internet available in the building. The association is professionally managed by Prairie Ventures Management.
